The half-buried Oak Ageing Cellar stores 600 large Bordeaux barrels each of 225 L (50% of French Oak and 50% of American Oak). It is here that the conditions of temperature and humidity are perfectly adequate for wine ageing.
The ageing of the wines in bottles takes place in a natural cave excavated by hand, in artesanal form, 10 meters deep. This cave has a constant temperature of 13ºC and a relative humidity of 70% all year round.
